Concierge Services

In addition to your scheduled Home Watch Visits, Mains Co offers a range of personalized concierge services.  Our goal is to provide you with services tailored to your specific needs. We can have your home cleaned prior to your arrival and have some of your favorite grocery items stocked in the refrigerator and pantry. When you can’t be there, we can meet your vendors to give them access to your home. Some of the concierge services we provide are:

• Opening your home prior to your visit
• Closing your home after your visit
• Have your house cleaned prior to your visit and after your visit
• Grocery and beverage shopping
• Mail Services: regularly check the mailbox, mail forwarding
• Key Holder Services: Open house for guests or other visitors
• Waiting Services: Provide access to approved vendors, maintenance services and deliveries
• Auto Services: Drive cars, have cars cleaned, take cars in for scheduled maintenance, drop off and pick up cars
• Other services as needed…

Mains Co also provides pressure washing, window cleaning, soft washing, roof cleaning and more.
